WHO WE ARE
Chi An Home was founded in 2019 by Chi An, who grew up in a traditional artisan village in Northern Vietnam and was exposed to the rich heritage of natural craft from a young age. Pursuing the idea of embracing natural materials with a contemporary perspective, we create refined decor pieces that elevate a room with subtle elegance without losing their distinctive soul.

Electicism is one of our main design principle. We draws from various visual languages rather than committing to one, as they should fit in any rooms and any lifestyles, whether your space leans toward coastal calm, boho warmth, or modern minimalism.
Instead of purely decorative display items, we hope to bring the fully resolved, functional pieces for people who appreciate thoughtful design and care about how their objects are made. Each item is handmade from start to finish by master artisans, giving every piece its own unique, one-of-a-kind character.

WORKING EXCLUSIVELY WITH NATURAL MATERIALS
Our commitment to natural materials came from a simple belief: when treated with skill and respect, organic elements will be more beautiful and durable than anything synthetic. From natural fibers like water hyacinth, jute, and palm leaf to iridescent capiz and mother-of-pearl, every materials we choose is safe for the environment it comes from.
For the fiber materials, they are harvested from wild growing areas, local gardens, and countryside borders where they naturally regenerate without depleting the environment. For our shell materials, divers hand-select mature shells from the seabed or gather them from locals after the meat is used. By upcycling these natural byproducts, we turn would-be waste into timeless decor.

Our network provides stable employment for over 600 artisan households across Northern Vietnam. We pay fair wages to honor their master skill, while collaborating directly with village teams to improve tooling, ergonomics, and workflow planning. Every partner workshop is BSCI-certified, guaranteeing fair compensation and safe working conditions as our non-negotiable baseline.
Beyond compliance, we actively mentor the next generation of craft talent, partnering with passionate young Vietnamese entrepreneurs to collaborate, pay fairly, and build a sustainable future together.
